Ordering Guidelines

Ordering Step by Step

1.      First of all, please go to Ordering Page to check the goods part number, together with order quantity, your name, phone number, E-mail address, delivery address and the post method send to our ordering E-mail  order@audioworkshop.com.hk

      (For the post method: There are 2 methods you can choose. One is Regular Air mail. Other is Registered Mail.)

2.      After we received your ordering E-mail, Audio Workshop Stuff will check the stock is enough or not.

If the stock is enough, Audio Workshop will sent quotation to you by E-mail.

Note:  Postal fee is included into the stock price. Price in HKD is for local shipping / international air shipping.

       A) Minimum Order Amount (MOA) is HKD$200

       B) For the total amount above HKD$200 , but below HKD$400 . HKD$13will be charged for registered fee.

       C) No need to pay the postal cost

       D) Postal cost will be included into the Selling Price.

       E) For the total stock price over HKD$400, HKD$13  registered fee will not be charged.

3.      There are 3 methods you can do the payment.

            (A) Directly transfer to Audio Workshop Bank account (for Local Hong Kong Buyer)

        After do the payment, please scan/photo  and send the Deposit Form to order@audioworkshop.com.hk

For Overseas Buyer who want to choose directly transaction to our Bank account, HKD$50 is charged. All customer who order  HKD$800 goods or above, the charge will be exempted.

      (B) PayPal (for Local Hong Kong Buyer and Overseas Buyer)

            We will send Money Request to your Paypal account (please provide your paypal E-mail account). We ONLY accept HKD.

            ( PayPal's charge will paid by Audio Workshop, Buyer ONLY pay the goods fee and shipping / packing fee.)

      (C) Deposit to China Construction Bank (ShenZhen) (for mainland China Buyer)

4.      After confirm your payment, Audio Workshop will post the goods within 14 working days.
